#1: UNDERSTAND
HOW GOD SEES YOU
— that is, know your true
spiritual condition:
The Bible declares:
" . . . there is none that doeth good, no,
not one.
For all
have sinned, and come short of
the glory of God"
(Romans 3:12, 23).
Therefore, according to the
Word of God, how does God see you?
. . . as
a lost and guilty sinner, yes or no?

Its very
important to understand that you are not
“OK” before God,
but that you
are “spiritually dead” and your sin separates you from God:
"And
you . . . who were dead in trespasses and sins
. . . without
Christ . . . and
without God in the world" (Ephesians
2:1,12).
Besides
that, there are TWO APPOINTMENTS that you must keep
― death
and judgment:
"And as it is appointed unto men once
to die, but after this
the judgment " (Hebrews
One day
you will stand before God and give an answer for what
you did with
His Son, Jesus Christ. If you followed human traditions and trusted in your own merit, not knowing
Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, God will say to you: "I
never knew you: depart from Me, ye that work iniquity" (Matthew
